After the last bit of sauce is wiped off plates and the last drop of amaro swallowed, everyone rests. It's better to leave the hot and humid silence of an Apulian afternoon work its magic and wind down the time. And what better way to enjoy such moments than in an olive grove, where someone, sometime, hid an old bed that's now waiting there under a sheet of rustling olive leaves and an endless open sky?
